I try to keep my items and shipping at low reasonable prices. Little problems here there will make that hard to continue do. I am only human and do make mistakes. 1.I package all my items carefully and they are not broken when they leave my house. I also get tracking confirmation, on all items mailed out, so if it doesn\'t arrive I will investigate to find out what happened. You will be able to track the item through your purchased items list as well.

2.However packaged items get damaged sometimes, please don\'t take your frustrations out on me, its the courier\'s fault not mine!!!!!
