charming old wind-up boxing bear

c.1950\'s/60

made in Japan....by NOMURA (TN).

around 7 inches height

fabric covered bear,containing a clockwork/wind-up mechanism......stands on a tinplate base,with a sprung speed/punch bag.

still has his scarf,belt, gloves etc...

carefully wind him up,and he will start to swing away at the punch bag & sway side to side.....as he trains for the big fight.

colours are bright....just light ageing/play wear to his clothing,odd thinning to his coat etc..........remember, he has been \"in training\" for around 60 years!.

tinplate base displays the Nomura toys name etc.....again tidy,with just slight age marks,scuffs etc..underside is nice and clean

MAKES A DELIGHTFUL DISPLAY PIECE....AND STILL WORKS.
