Up for sale is this old hand carved owl figure. This is solid and heavy, it is carved from a single piece of wood. I believe this wood is Ebony or possibly Iron Wood. It is extremely hard and heavy for its size, you can see the wood grains in the photos. The tips of the ears appear that they may be chipped, these can easily be re-carved so it would be perfect. This still displays nicely as is and would make a Wonderful addition to any collection. OVERALL MEASURES approx: 4-1/4\" tall.
