this is marked made in usa on the face the gong is marked g b owen pat\'d oct 11 81 april 18 82 . i can not find a makers name on the works but it might be a gilbert as they have a long relationship with owen. it is 20 inches tall . it looks to be in good shape for its age but shows some use and wear it is untested so it is sold as is but i dont see anything work with it and i sat it up and left it run for a few minutes with no problems but i have not run it for long enought to fully test it . i am unsure if the red and blue flowers are original to it but they could be removed with little work. overall a nice very very old clock.
