Copper Candleholders

Offered here is a vintage pair of handmade copper candlesticks /candleholders. Possibly an industrial folk art creation. Multiple sized copper tube pipes fitted together for a tapered design. Tiered Art Deco, Arts & Crafts styling. Some lettering/markings on the largest pipe include 1 1/4\"L and can make out the word (we think) ....COPPER-CLEVELAND.
Copper has a nice aged patina and great quality weight at just 1oz. shy of 4 lbs. Marked on base: C. E. ; CHASE (?); and has a stamped circle logo as well (see photos). Unable to identify logo / marking / mfg information.
Measure about 13 3/4\" tall; base about 3 1/4\" square. In nice condition as shown. Check out the photos and feel free to ask questions. Thanks for looking!
