this watch has a lot going for it.it is a verge fusee made in 1789 by Wilders of London.it has the very desirable silver repousse outer pair case and the beautiful silver champlevé dial on it.it also has the original gold colored hand cut hands on it.another rare item is the inner pair case.it is hallmarked for 1789 and has the hallmark of king George facing to the right.with George facing to the right side is very uncommon.the outer case is in very nice condition with a small repair on the hinge.you need a loupe to see it.case closes and opens good.the champlevé dial is beautiful and near mint.it is signed Wilders in the middle.hands are also very nice and all there.the inner case has a few small marks on it but very nice also.the movement is in nice condition also and is also signed Wilders.he is a listed maker from London.the watch runs excellent and runs the length of its chain and keeps surprisingly good time for a watch of this year.it keeps time within a few minutes per day.overall,this is a prime watch for the collector who wants a watch with all of the features this one has going for it.very rare to find one with a repousse case,champleve dial and inner case with kingGeorge looking to the right...very resonably priced..free shipping to USA and Canada
