ItalianMurano glass duck. This is a very interesting piece, about 7.5 inches high toits bend neck. He is possible made in early \'50 by the Italian Cenedese glassmakers. The brightly red colored inner casing is co-owner Alfred Barbini’strademarks. The center casing is Vaseline glass, and it glows under black light.He is in great shape with very little air bubbles, but his tail chips off alittle bit, a little chip on the tip of the left wing, a little bit rough edgeon webbed feet and the bottom next to the tail. Its pontil scar is also veryrough, could be a bigger chip? We used museum putty around, will leavethe cleaning to you. Other than these, he is in super shape! Hard to find this size, indeed a rare find!!
