As you see it, except it will be empty when it arrives To fill, loosen the flint screw a little then pull out on the bottom and rotate it. Rotate back and tighten flint screw when filled. Works well, has minor flaws that come with age. I forgot to polish the wind screen, but I\'ll do that before it ships. Contact me about international shipping prior to offerding please.
