Old used small size or cruiser \'\' U S F S \'\' United States Forest service axe . Burnt in the wood handle are the letters USFS . COLLINS LEGITIMUS is stamped on the axe head . The axe weight is 3 pounds total weight , measures 27 1/4 inch long total length , axe head cutting edge to cutting edge measures 8 1/4 inch . Condition is old used but very good usable condition . No cracks in wood or metal very nice handle . Ax head has dings scratches and old patina you would expect from being old just like you see it in the pictures .
