This is a pendant, (probably was something else in the past) It features 15 dated 1899 small Guatemalan coins and a big Guatemalan coin dated 1894 at the center. Please see the pictures since they are the main part of the description. Need more pictures let me know please.It seem like it was welded to something else in the past.Measurement
