This ruffle was found at an estate sale, as pictured. It\'s about 16\" long and the bottom is about 34\" wide, fanned out. The gathered strip on top is about 2.5\" wide. The top neck piece is about 13\" long and about 2-3/4\" wide. No unpleasant odor. Please view photos for condition.
