This is a 19 by 24 inch crepe paper Banner. this is a very old crepe paper Banner most likely from the 1920s. it was stored in a trunk and the colors are very Vivid, especially the cobalt blue. this piece of crepe paper is not in perfect condition. it\'s in very good condition considering its age. there must have been a smidgen of water at one time and the cobalt blue slightly bled into the moon face. This would be awesome to have framed or in a vintage Halloween collection backdrop.
