Thishas beenrepainted and has some minor dings and the glass marbles have some rub marks and minor chips but, they are in good condition over all. I don\'t know the year of manufacture but,one can assume they are fromlate 20\'s or early 30\'s. I don\'t know their intended purpose,perhaps license platereflectors? Any way they are rare. They may be missing the mounting pads, certainly they are missing the screws but, that\'s minor. Anyway these are very cool and if you know what they fit you won\'t be dissatisfiedwith there condition.Sold as is. Ask questions prior to offerding. I don\'t ship on weekends. Thanks.
