vintage solid Brass door Rim Lock - Russwin - Corbin (surface mount) oval knobs:

Offered is a solid Brass Rim (surface mount) Lock that I think would date back into the early 1900\'s era.
It is very high quality with thick brass sides and nice looking oval door knobs.
The mounting bolts are also solid brass with tamper proof flat heads that can not be turned from the outside.
Both the lock and door latch mechanisms work smoothly, I do not have the keeper plate or the key for the Russwin cylinder
but I think any good lock shop would have a replacement cylinder w key as they were often replaced for new house owners.
The lock is approx. 4 3/4\" tall, 1 1/8\" thick by 2 3/4\" wide, there are normal age related dings as shown but overall it looks great,
