You are offerding on a vintage Halloween tin sparkler, the only marking I see is Made In Japan. It is about 4 inches long, the main disc piece is slightly less than 2 inches in diameter. It has cat faces, and 2 transparent plastic strips (red and blue). The metal has a few dark spots, there is a sticker on the back. The toy does not work, it needs a new flint, but it does still spin when you press the plunger, Cute!
