HAND-PAINTED PAN ~26x12.5" PRODUCTION BACKGROUND OF ONE OF THE UNDEAD "CAULDRON BORN" THAT WAS ACTUALLY USED IN THE FILM.STORED IN OUR DARKENED WAREHOUSE FOR SEVERAL DECADES, THE PAINTING IS STILL IN PRISTINE MINT CONDITION WITH DEEP, LUSTROUS, COMPLETELY UN-FADED COLORS.
MATTED IN A SLIGHTLY BUCKLED (just needs to be shaved a bit on one side to fix) FOREST GREEN 31" x 17" MAT WITH A 25.5" x 12" MAT OPENING, AND PLACED IN A 33" x 19" CUSTOM GREEN MARBLE FINISH METAL FRAME, READY TO BE HUNG IN YOUR HOME OR OFFICE.
In our first view of the evil Horned King, he gloats over this crumbling, long-dead Cauldron Born Warrior, forseeing the day not long off when he will be reborn through the power of the Cauldron ("Cauldron Born"). Completly hand painted by one of the Disney artists (probably Jim Coleman) in goache, the painting is spectacular and riveting.
