I’m offering extraordinary items out of my collection – and I’m glad to see that you’re interested in thiswonderful item.

In more than 40 years (including 15 years as a radio reporter and DJ), I collected over 800 signed vinyl records alone (plus literally thousands of other autographs on photos etc.), that werehand-signedby the artists when I met them for interviews or promotion all over Europe. My collection is unique - and this is one of my jewels. I don't want to give it away, really. That's why the asking price is what it is. If someone really, really wants it, however, I'll let it go.

"Rolling Stone - The Photographs"is a spectacular compilation of award-winning photographs from the first 22 years of the "Rolling Stone" magazine. It provides a visual chronicle ofAmerican rock and pop music culture as reflected in the magazine. Photographers include Annie Leibovitz, Herb Ritts, Richard Avedon, Albert Watson, StevenMeisel, Matthew Rolston and Bruce Weber -just to name a few. This is the original hardcover edition of the book,published in 1989.

I started asking people to sign this volume in 1993 - only after I met Sammy Hagar, unfortunately (his signature is therefore missing in the book). The first artist to sign the book was Bruce Springsteen who was kind enough to leave his mark after he played a show in Berlin, Germany.

In fact, most of the49signaturesof thevarious artists and groups in this wonderful book come from Germany, where I met them individually between 1993 and today. With all the original autographs in it, I believe that this book is one of a kind. It's very likely that there is no other one like this anywhere on the planet. I have never seen such a jewel in all these years.

Theamount of hours and travel expenses invested to get all these signatures are too numerous to becounted. Itreally took a lifetimeand a fortune to get to this point.

In general, I obtained all autographs face-to-face (“in person“). I started collecting signed items back in 1985 and only decided to give some of them away several years ago. Since then, I have earned the trust of many satisfied customers from around the world, resulting in an excellent reputation and response rating. I guarantee the authenticity of each and every signature I offer. If you wish me to do so, I will be glad to issue a personal letter of authenticity, telling you in detail when, where and under what circumstances I received the different signatures in question. That written statement is a legally binding, lifetime guarantee, that the item you bought is genuine.

The book obviously shows clear signs of usage, storage and/or age, but is in good condition overall and comes from a smoke-free/pet-free Environment. It goes without saying that I will be very accurate and careful preparing and packing this item for you. Regarding the value of the volume, I will only send itinsuredandregisteredwith a tracking ID.That's obviously more expensive, butworth the investment. The insurance will protect both of us. Because this is a private sale, I do not accept returns.
