ITEM DESCRIPTION: This wonderfully detailed, handcrafted hard plastic Valentine\'s Day LAPEL PIN was made in the 1970s. It is known as the \"DOUBLE RED HEART With LACY Edge\"lapel pin.

PLEASE NOTE - This pin was NOT made by Hallmark Cards. It was made as a copy in Hong Kong of Hallmark\'s original design. This pin is made of a more glossy red plastic and has a different pin assembly. It is also marked, \"Made in Hong Kong\".

The older pin features a pretty layered red heart with an eyelet type white lace border on both the top and bottom hearts. It reminds me of the 1950s heart shaped Valentines candy boxes.

This late 1970s pin has a rotating c-clasp.

CONDITION: This vintage pin is in very good condition with minimal wear to the white trim on the top heart. This item comes from a smoke free Environment.MEASUREMENTS: This littlebrooch measures about1 1/4\" wide and 1 1/4\" high.TRADEMARKS/UNDERSTAMPS: The pin is signed, \"Made in Hong Kong\" on the back in raised lettering.
