This is an Oil on panel, (a gessoed panel) \"Fall in Texas\" from around the Johnson City area where I lived for a few years but then I think I\'ve lived in just about every singel inch of Texas at some point of my life. There\'s a somewhat matching painting to this one but I haven\'t found it yet but when I do, I\'ll list it on as well.....Now, here\'s the deal. I\'m not selling you the frame cuz it\'s just an Elcheapo frame from Goodwill, it\'s merely here to make the painting look complete ( so the frame is free ) the painting is $165.00 but You ain\'t gonna pay for the shipping cuz I\'m gonna ship it for free cuz it makes things alot easier on You \"The Buyer\" and I don\'t have to do alot of prognosticating on how much the shipping is gonna be....So You have the choice of keeping the cheap frame or getting a better one....good deal for You, better deal for You too...as for me?...I git paid....a couple of things #1. I don\'t accept returns #2. I don;t ship out of the USA (no if ands or buts about it.)....On the other hand, if You\'d like something added to your painting? well I\'m game but it\'ll cost You cuz I do this for a living (sorta) and I\'m steadily going blind.....So if You like it?....buy it, if You don\'t? buy something You like....Life\'s too short to buy stuff You don\'t like, Also there is another listing, same type thing, same size, same rules apply, Go see it, if you buy both?
