A signed sharp gouache painting of a Napoleonic 3rd Regiment trooper in full dress uniform by book and magazine illustrator Steven Palatka whose art has appeared in the Napoleon Journal as well as in the book, \"Napoleon\'s Apogee\" published by the Military History Press. He also illustrated a series of books titled: \"Uniformology\", which are on a par with the Osprey series of books published in the UK. In fact, this painting came from England. You can also see Palatka\'s name mentioned as one of the illustrators if you Google--Napoleon Journal--and look at issue 16 for example e.g., \"With artwork by Keith Rocco and Steven Palatka\". The painting is on art card and measures 12\" x 14 1/4\". The bottom right corner edge wasn\'t cut straight but you can mat over the title at the bottom and this would be fine.
