A fine well centered copy of this nearly 60 year-old iconic Silver Age Marvel Key, boasting good color and gloss retention. Pictures included are not modified, nor have they been color enhanced in any way; captured using an iPhone.An absolute Marvel Key issue in all respects, featuring just the 3rd appearance of Thor, though most significantly, the very 1st appearance of Loki.Also featuring the 1st appearances of Heimdall & "Bifrost" (the Rainbow Bridge), by where Heimdall holds dominion.Other key aspects include the 1st appearances of Odin (w/in cameo), as well as the 1st appearance of Asgard(ian race & city.)There are less than 36 copies within higher Universal CGC SS grades, so a book at this grade signed by Stan Lee is fairly rare.
