Vintage Zhong Yang Cuckoo Clock. JA-2000. Wood Construction. German Style. Swiss Chalet with Forest Theme. Requires 2 D Batteries. Adjustable Sound - Hi, Low, Off and Demand. Measures 20" tall x 16 1/2" wide x 7" deep, all at the widest points and not including the pinecone weights or pendulum.
Seemed to work fine when tested, except the cuckoo doors don't open automatically like they should. The waterfall sound and cuckoo work fine, along with the adjustable sound. It wasn't tested to see how it keeps time over a period, but it kept time well for the 5 minutes until the top of the hour that it was on. All wooden parts are firmly attached. No chips, cracks, breaks or repairs to the wood. Weights are present.
