Difficult piece to find especially at this price!

The seller that sold it to me has an Animation Store which consists of the best collection of PREMIUM Animation Art and other collectibles

After looking at one where you could read signature but it was a reproduction(great quality). I have no way to very originof cell or signature (no certificate of authenticity)
