Presenting a superb antique August Bauscher Weiden cobalt blue porcelain vase, with finely hand-painted scenes of the French army led by Napoleon, and with sculpted handles and lid. The vase is richly decorated with gold lacquer. On the underside are AB, August Bauscher, and the year 1881.
Unusually harmonious design, exquisite shape, beautiful painting with paints and gold.Measurement: 16 1/8 in (46 cm) high and 9 1/2 in (24 cm) wide. Weight 2.76 kg.This piece is in very nice original condition with no chips, cracks or fleabites.
