A set of special uniforms for the enlisted personnel of ABTV and NKVD. The leather is soft, all the buttons are in place. Stamp 1940. Big size.

Part of the description from the order for military uniform-
On December 24, 1929, a leather jacket was adopted as a special uniform for the supply of the Red Army, which was used primarily by servicemen of tank units.
The jacket was made of black chevret with a dark-colored rep lining. The jacket was made double-breasted, with a turn-down collar, fastened on one hook, with two side and chest horizontal pockets, covered with flaps, fastened on one button, and one inside pocket. The jacket was fastened with five buttons sewn on the sides, along the edges along the sides at a distance of 2 cm from the edge, five loops trimmed with leather were cut through. A leather strip was sewn under the button sewing line. Buttons for the jacket - metal uniforms, large sizes in black. At the lower ends of the collar of the jacket, buttonholes of the established pattern were sewn (until December 1935, the overcoat type), on the sleeves, the corresponding insignia.
Trousers for the jacket were also made of black chevrette. At the bottom of the legs, they had cuffs made of dark cotton fabric 20 cm long.To tie the trousers, a 60 cm long tie was sewn on the cuffs at the inner step seams at the bottom of the cuffs.
