A Gift for Attendees/Invited Guests to Westminister Abbey for King Charles III Grandparents

On 10 December 1936, Edward VIII abdicated before he was crowned King. Less than 6 months later,, his younger brother George VI was to continue the Windsor Dynasty with his wife Queen Elizabeth by his side. They were crowned at Wesminster Abbey on May 12 1937. This very rare "little blue book" is from their coronation. It was given by the Crown as a gift to the guests,, fortunate to be invited to the abbey. The most coveted position for this important historical event. It is formerly titled:

"THE FORM & ORDER THE CORONATION OF THEIR MAJESTIES KING GEORGE VI AND QUEEN ELIZABETH"

Similar covers are in other books from different locations,, but this lovely gold embossed leather bound gem was given, as a gift, to only the attendees at Westminister Abbey. My parents were there for this momentous occasion and kept this treasure wrapped and stored carefully away. Its condition is excellent.

There are virtually no other copies, which I could find for sale and nothing similar in the Westminister Abbey bookstore. Therefore, there are sadly no comps. ( Open to any help and guidance .) In addition, the foremost sale houses Christie's and Sotheby's in London as well had no previous experiences with these

Without any doubt,, this is an extremely important piece of English history.
