This is the issue of the New-York Daily Tribune, December 2, 1862. It is an original and complete as issued 8 page CIVIL WAR newspaper from 1862 in excellent condition. It was printed on a heavy rag/cotton paper so it is not at all brittle to the touch and can be read without damage and is still adjoined at the spine!

This issue contains a message by President Abraham Lincoln with topics of the Emancipation Policy, slavery and black labor. Lots of historic information in this issue!
