The icon dates back from 1853. It is one and only, antique, authentic, handmade Orthodox Greek icon. It is painted on a cloth or paper I can't get it. The icon is glued to sheet iron. The icon was used as a secret wall behind theiconostasis in a Greek church located inCunda Island(nowadays - Turkey). The church was burned and destroyed by the Turkish army before that a Turkish man had managed to save it and had been hiding it in his attic for long years.It is 175 cm - long and 83 cm - wide.
