JAN 1865 CIVIL WAR SLEE BROTHERS POUGHKEEPSIE NY CDV PRETTY WOMAN REVENUE STAMP:
$30.00

This is a wonderful colorized Slee Brothers of Pougkeepsie New York CDV photo of a beautiful woman in black dress (possibly mourning dress). The CDV measures 4\" inches by 2 1/2\" inches and is in good condition. On the back is an orange George Washington 2 cent Revenue stamp postmarked Jan 30,1865. I tried to get a close up picture for you to read the postmark which is faint but you can see it under a loop. This CDV was taken while the Civil War was still going on.
