Up for sale is an original female portrait ink and watercolor on paper signed by listed artist John V. Moraitis from my collection of his paintings.
John V. Moraitis was an amazing artist, actively heading shows through out the 1950\'s-70\'s and continued his Greek American heritage exhibiting his strong influences of spiritual devotion, Greek traditional heritage and love of his country until his untimely death in 1994. Moraitis\' collages and abstracts consist of many different mediums and objects.Over the past few years we have put the artwork of John V. Moraitis in the hands of dealers, collectors and art enthusiasts all over the world including Australia, Austria, Belgium, Brazil, Canada, Cyprus,France, Germany, Greece, Italy, Japan, Netherlands, New Zealand, Portugal, Spain, Turkey,United Kingdom, United Arab Emirates and over 40 States throughout the USA.He was Awarded First Prize by the Museum of Modern Art (MOMA) in 1966 at the Long Island Arts Festival.
