Description: An absolutely lovely, vintage, 2 volume set of Mahzorim, for Yom Kippur and Rosh Hashanah. This is the complete set as originally published and intended to only have these 2 volumes. The prayers are as advertised, 'According to the ritual of Poland, Moravia, and Hungary. Copyright 1929 by Joseph Schlesinger Vienna. Made In Austria. Published by Verlag von Jos. It contains the service for the Holiday New Year of Rosh Hashanah and Yom Kippur, the Day of Atonement. This set is a favorite of mine, having been printed so long ago with much attention to detail. They are so crisp, the pages all have pointy corners, and the spine covers are un-creased, that they seem to have never been used. However please note some fraying to tops and bottoms of spine covers. Pagination is as follows; Volume 1 titled in Hebrew 'Machzor Rosh Hashanah' 43, 183, 44.
Volume 2 titled In Hebrew 'Machzor For Yom Kippur' 48, 44, 112, 125Measurements: 5.5 x 3.75 inches. Condition: Beautiful title pages, blank pages, covers, sides and binding. All pages are in very nice, crisp condition without any writing or defacement anywhere. Sides of pages have the original, lovely red side dye. Spines are nice with clear lettering.
