Rhodesia — after 20 years I am closing this account due to eBay's incompetence:

I have been on for over 20 years.
In the last five years all I have seen from Australia is incompetence, lies and a non caring attitude to customers.To say that their attitude is appalling is an understatement.
For over three years I had constant problems logging into my account. 's system kept telling me that the password was wrong when the password is controlled by a password manager. I've lost count how many times I've changed the password.
In three years still hasn't fixed the problem and this is with multiple phone calls and chats. Now I'm unable to see the whole of the preview screen when I want to list something. I'm unable to see all of the preview popup to check my listing before uploading it. I'm unable to revise a listing properly. So this account has become virtually useless, just like 's staff and their policies.Due to these problems I have decided to close this account after 20+ years. Thanks Australia for having the most appalling customer service in existence and for just being dickheads.
