Woodblock Card is rare, but is not one of a kind. The word \"Avon\" could be the artist, the place or origin, the publisher or the print. I am honestly not certain, but the card is circa 1950\'s. Card has a nice plate impression surrounding image. Card is in the folk art, naive, primitive style of art.

Gorgeous vintage french fold greeting card with a woodblock print. Printing process is woodblock and paper is soft press. Condition is good to very good, unused and clean for the age, with no handwriting. Card comes with original envelope but the envelope shows age and glue flap is sealed from age. Approximate size is4.75 inches by5.75 inches.This isare also wonderful for gifting, collecting, framing, collage, to be dry mounted, craft and art projects, scrapbooking, a diary and for doll houses.
