Large UncutCard sheet is in Near Mint condition or better
This is from my Private Collection (PC).
Uncut Sheet is 28" x 40"
Framed with a 30" x 40" opening in a black frame
1/4" Plexiglass on the front, plastic on the back.
Matted on the front as well as the backso that you can see both sides (see photos)

There are only 2 types:BaseandWhat If
Limited to approximately 18 redemption cards, where 1:7,000 package odds out of 129,600 total packages.This equates to 9 redemptions for theBaseversion and 9 for theWhat Ifversion! I’ve seen 2 badly damaged sheets listed on from poorly packaged shipping by Upper Deck, leaving only 7 mint sheets to the best of my knowledge.
