1) Only about 10 books were ever printed2) Only 6 out of the 10 books were graded3) Only 2 out of 6 graded books received a 9.8, highest graded (Two 9.8 (one signed by Sam Kieth and one regular), one 9.6, two 9.4 (one signed by Sam Kieth and one regular), and one 9.2)4) This is the only one graded at 9.8 and signed by Sam Kieth
With a low print run of about 10 books and only 6 graded, this book is rare. What makes it even ultra rarer is only two books were graded at 9.8,and super ultra rare is that it's the only 9.8 signed by Sam Kieth.
