I believe the Pinback Latch dates this Medal to long before 1965.

4" long Felt Patch

3" long Overall Medal

Condition: Felt patch is a little dirty from age--but appears never used. The cloth on the Medal has a few pulls in it. Any defects not mentioned but visible in the pictures will be considered as "described".
