Authentic complete handwritten Sefer Torah (Torah scroll) in good condition, can be made Kosher. Originally (период), with a nice old ktav, very well preserved, written in Chabad tradition. Parchment: regular parchment, mashuakh on the back only, not on the front. Klaf height: 21 in (53 cm). Number of lines: 42. Nusakh/Ktav: Chabad. The scroll is well preserved considering its age, but is presently not Kosher for Torah leyning. At client’s request, the scroll may be certified Kosher after small additional work and bdika for $1000-2000 extra depending on the customer requirements. As a result, the client will receive a certificate of Kashrut and extended warranty of usable condition. We only sell to customers and congregations who are verifiable as a “place of honor” (Makom Kadosh) by the standards of the Jewish law and tradition. By Halacha, we verify each prospective customer to ascertain that the holy sefer Torah will be acquired for halachically permitted purposes.
