This is a fabulous & outstanding item.

Brand new Lemax Spooky Town Chuckle's Funhouse. Even more rare to find this building brand new. It is larger than most Spooky Town buildings, measuring in at an impressive 11.81"×9.25"×7.09"
Introduced in 2013 & quickly retired in 2015. This building has never been displayed. I have powered it up and found it to be in complete working order with all lighting, animation & soundtrack functioning as intended, especially the very finicky shaking balcony and the unit runs very quiet and smooth. The building is ULTRA clean and the paint comes close to perfect, athough is does have a very few minor flaws. All of the decals are present and 100% intact. This particular example is very impressive to see in person and it will not disappoint. It will be shipped double boxed & VERY securely packaged.
