This is a massive formation smokey quartz crystal measuring 1240 mm from base to the top of the point. The actual crystal measures 940 mm long by 600 mm wide by 420 mm deep. The crystal was mined and removed by using large equipment, so the top of the crystal has had to be re- polished as most quartz points are anyway. The rest of the crystal still shows the original growth rings, rutile formations, some rainbows and mica embedded into the sides. I think this display piece would be ideal for a company foyer or someone who is lucky enough to own a castle.
