Desired original Presidential unissued Ship's Passport (circa 1796-1797) HAND SIGNED by President George Washington and Secretary of State, Timothy Pickering handsomely and professionally framed with the finest museum standards including ultra clear UV protected shatterproof museum grade plexiglass, all acid free materials with vintage 1800s original gorgeous etchings of both President George Washington and Timothy Pickering complete with a custom brass plaque (all as seen) . Document is in excellent condition for the years and has been sealed (but fully removeable) in a protective mylar slip (added extra expense) prior to framing for complete Environmental protection. Both signatures are quite distinct and dark which makes this item all the more desired. Patriotic black wood trim framing measures approximately 28" x 30" . Total framing cost was almost $1800 alone. This item looks far nicer than what I could capture. You will be amazed at how nice it looks in person !!
