The Virgin Mary showed Sister Catherin her vision of this exactmedal, which she directed to be struck and distributed. The medalincludes the Virgin Mary, across, two hearts and 12 stars.

The inscription reads: OMary conceived without sin pray for us

who have recourse to thee.

The back of the medal includes the M, cross, two hearts and 12 stars referred to above.
