~This beautiful dreamy exotic vintage tapestry / wall hanging has a black velvet background with raised (stuffed) images from traditional Burmese folklore. This is the story of Kinnara & Kinnari ,the eternal lovers. Finely adorned with intricate embroidery patterns and embellished with sequins and glass beads. The raised characters give it such a cool 3D effect. In great vintage condition, with no rips, tears, holes, stains or fading. The embroidery is nice and tight. A few glass beads are missing, otherwise in wonderful condition.
Measures around 44 inches wide and 37 inches tall.
