Fine Antique 1915 Panama California Exposition San Diego Cast Brass Lock w/ Key:

This is an original 1915 Division of Works Lock from the San Diego Pan Pacific Exposition. Acquired from a family that moved to San Diego in 1867 and played a significant role in running the Panama-Pacific International Exposition (PPIE). The lock, complete with the key and chain, is incredibly rare and in great shape. We do not know if this is the original key, but it works perfectly.
Measures approximately 3" tall x 2" wide x 1" deep and weighs 12.2 oz. The lock functions perfectly. It is inscribed with "107" at the bottom.
The last padlock was sold for $3,151, but it was missing the chain and key.
