Original sticker label on base. The stem is metal and has a speckled stone finish which I think is baked on enamel.
Condition:The brass metal plate on base had a spot of encrusted dirt debris which I cleaned with Bar Keepers Friend. This removed the dirt, but also some of the lacquer finish and left a bright shiny area. It is smooth and will darken with time. You could dismantle and have this section cleaned, polished and re-lacquered if desired. The top section has a slight lean which I tried to straighten/ re-align by unscrewing/loosening the various sections above Hermes. It helped a little, but it is still not totally straight/aligned. I think you could loosen it from under base and really get it all aligned. However, I really don't think it will show when a shade is added. See photos and ask questions.
