This is the extremely rare and valuable Prototype #6 of 12 of Mousin' Around!
The MPU board has PROTO6 ROM chips in U26/U27 on the CPU.
There is an original flat metal speaker grille on the bottom of the cabinet.
The front playfield edge has a date of "SEP 1 1989" stamped onto it.

Mousin' Around! pinball is designed by Ward Pemberton with artwork by Pat McMahon and sound and music by Dan Forden, this game stands out for its engaging and humorous gameplay. It features a whimsical cat-and-mouse theme where naughty mice try to outsmart a sleeping, whiskey-drinking cat. Known for its 1980s cheesiness and catchy sound bites, players are greeted with the iconic callout, "So you wanna mouse around?" Plunge the ball into the flashing lane for initial points and to advance the jackpot. Spell C-H-E-E-S-E by hitting ramps or the right target to light a mystery award at the mouse hole.Set both treacherous traps by spelling M-O-U-S-E-T-R-A-P, and lock one ball in each to start the triple multi-ball action!During multiball, relock a ball in both traps and shoot the right ramp (mouse hole) to collect the untimed jackpot. Hit the 1-2-3 targets to unlock the center ramp, and make repeated center ramp shots or use targets to relight the left outlane kickback.

Absolutely everything on this machine has been inspected meticulously and then rechecked to ensure quality and durability. This machine plays awesome and will continue to for many years!
