Originally when you competed in the world championships that year there was a very low chance that you would be able to receive an envelope in which contained one of the slips which allowed you to meet and greet one of these main producers as listed above in the world championship competitor bag. I was fortunate enough to have received 1 of the slips and I was a assistant judge for that time and managed to receive 2 other slips from other judges who had received one also. As demonstrated through the pictures I have provided in this message I have the proof to demonstrate this mats lightness and validity through the slips itself, the envelope which contained the slips and white authentication papers.
