This is an original World War II photo album and scrapbook from the USS Saratoga an Aircraft Carrier that carried Great Lakes TG torpedo bomber planes that served in the Pacific Theater from interwar period through WW2. Also from USS Peary. The album personally belonged to John S. Schira and includes images and bring back items from Hawaii, Oriental Japan, and China, providing a glimpse into the military history of the United States during this conflict. The photo album wirh approximately 279 items is signed and offers a unique and historical perspective on the events of World War 2.

This rare album belong to John S Sherra, and contains a rare souvenir torpedo, bomber fabric piece relic (bring back) signed and dated.
