Rebecca at the well, teapot. Antique-Rockingham glaze. This teapot is in generally very good condition, aside from a small chip on the lid, photo #7 some loss on the hold down nibs, #5 scratches on the body, #12, (center to lower right) & back of handle #4. The stress fracture on its foot #10 is from the firing process, a pre-firing flaw on the spout #11. Stands 10" foot to its finial's top. Very clean, crisp impression showing its details. Unmarked, though it may be Croxall and Cartwright as it doesn't have the title ribbon below its image & it's foot is identical as the following. See Garths saleeers sale 1149-lot 139-May 14, 2016. Est., 250-450 & sold for a little over 600. My estimation is this piece has a retail value of about 1400 + or - . I feel my piece retail, with it's flaws is about 1100 + or -.
