My gift was me signing on a Christian Choir CD. Gene held up the line telling an assistant to put it in his bag and make sure it did not get lost. I spent a lot of time with both men the night they came here. Both of them were incredibly nice. Gene Hackman was very down to earth and did not act like anyone that had a ego from Hollywood.He was one of my favorite actors.
